How does a typical engagement begin?

Every organisation is unique. We start with a discovery conversation where I learn about your current culture, the specific challenges you are facing, and the outcomes you are hoping to achieve. From there, I design a proposal - whether it’s a standalone workshop, a series of trainings, or a long-term integration project - that fits your specific needs.

How does this differ from generic corporate wellness training?

Most corporate wellness initiatives focus on surface-level perks or stress-management "hacks." My work is rooted in clinical psychology and deep human systems. We don’t just teach coping mechanisms; we look at the psychological architecture of your team; the dynamics, the communication patterns, and the unmet needs that are driving your current culture. This leads to sustainable, systemic change rather than temporary relief.

Do you work in-person or remotely?

Knowyourneeds works with organisations globally. We can deliver workshops, keynotes, and coaching sessions online, or we can travel to your offices or offsite locations for more immersive, in-person experiences.

Can you work alongside our current HR or wellbeing initiatives?

Absolutely. I view myself as a partner. Whether you already have internal support systems, HR policies, or other external consultants, my work is designed to plug into and enhance what you are already doing. I am happy to collaborate with existing stakeholders to ensure our work is cohesive and effective.

How do you handle confidentiality and privacy in 1:1 sessions?

Confidentiality is the cornerstone of my background as a psychotherapist. Any 1:1 coaching or therapeutic work done with employees or executives is strictly confidential. I provide aggregate, anonymised insights to leadership regarding the "health" of the team culture, but individual content is never disclosed. This builds the trust required for people to speak honestly.

What is the best way to get in touch?
